FWG: Staging web app: Portfolio list: Tag for portfolio is not removing in below scenario.

Description
Steps:
1. On portfolio list table assign the portfolio to any user.
2. After assigning the portfolio to any user go to user list page.
3. Now on user list page delete that user.
4. After successfully deleting that user go to the Portfolio list page.
5. Now on Portfolio list table it will not display the Assigned user's name but it will display the Assigned Role (i.e. Tag). Here it should not display the tag as well.
